Shipping policy

All of our items are custom and made to order, and given the size and nature of our business, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong product or if your item is defective in any way, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt (please send a photo) and we will send you the correct item(s), free of charge.

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package's progress.
